Do I need an account to browse the directory?
You can freely browse the directory, filter by wellness modality, and read practitioner bios and editorial articles without logging in. Creating a free Seeker account takes just 30 seconds and unlocks direct contact details, practitioner email enquiries, event booking links, and the ability to bookmark favourites to your personal dashboard.
How do I know the practitioners listed are qualified and insured?
Tunbridge Wellness is a curated discovery directory connecting local residents with independent practitioners. Under our platform terms, every practitioner agrees to hold valid professional qualifications, relevant industry registrations, and appropriate insurance required under UK law for their modality. Because we act as an introductory platform rather than a regulatory authority and do not collect or hold sensitive personal documents such as DBS checks, we always recommend asking your practitioner about their specific credentials, accreditations, and insurance prior to booking. Can I suggest a local practitioner or venue that should be listed?

Yes. All active practitioner members have full publishing rights to add their workshops, talks, sound baths, and community circles directly to our town-wide wellness calendar.
Can I list as both an individual practitioner and a venue?
Absolutely. If you operate your own clinic or studio and also offer 1:1 therapies, you can register your physical space under the Venues directory and create a separate Practitioner listing for your personal bio.

Your venue profile showcases room capacities, equipment, available hourly or daily rates, and photos. Practitioners can send direct enquiries straight to your preferred booking email or enquiry form.
Can we showcase multiple rooms or treatment spaces under one listing?
Yes. Multi-room clinics and flagship centres can highlight distinct consulting rooms, studio halls, and treatment suites within their profile, each with its own specifications and capacity badges.
Can venues host public workshops and community events?
Yes. Venue listings include calendar publishing permissions so you can promote in-house events, guest retreats, and open days to the wider Tunbridge Wells community.
Do practitioners get a discount for listing their private therapy room or garden studio?
Yes. If you are an active practitioner member on Tunbridge Wellness and have a private therapy room, consulting office, or garden cabin available for hire to peers, you receive a special community rate of just £10/month following our complimentary founding beta.
