Practitioner Community Board

A peer-to-peer sanctuary for local practitioners across Tunbridge Wells to collaborate on workshops, exchange services, share advice, and co-create wellbeing experiences.

Welcome to the Tunbridge Wellness Community

A calm space to ask questions, share local recommendations, and discuss holistic health. To keep our space supportive and trustworthy:

  • Seekers: Feel free to share experiences and ask for local wellness advice.
  • Practitioners: Please offer advice and value first. Direct promotional offers, discount codes, or booking links belong on your profile, and structured gatherings belong in Events.
  • Kindness first: All conversations should remain respectful, grounded, and supportive.

Community Ethos

Practitioner House Rules & Guidelines

1. Respect, Kindness & Constructive Dialogue We are colleagues, not competitors. Disagreements in philosophy or modality must remain respectful, collegial, and non-judgmental.
2. Modality Neutrality & An Open Mind Tunbridge Wellness embraces both clinical and holistic approaches — from physiotherapy, osteopathy, and psychotherapy to reiki, shamanic practices, and sound healing. Gatekeeping, elitism, or mocking other therapies is strictly forbidden.
3. Fair & Honest Service Swaps When trading services with a peer, be transparent about the value, duration, and session format. Treat peer sessions with the same professionalism and punctuality you offer paying clients.
4. Zero Tolerance for Spam & Cold Selling Do not use this board to pitch MLM schemes, crypto, uninvited business services, or spam peer inboxes. All posts must offer genuine value to the community.
5. Client Confidentiality & UK GDPR Never disclose client names, medical histories, or identifying details. If seeking advice on a difficult case, anonymize all demographic and clinical information completely.
6. Reporting & Moderation If you see a post that violates these standards or makes unethical claims, open the discussion and click "Flag / Report" at the bottom of the post, or email Lucy directly at tunbridgewellness@gmail.com.
